About This Property
914 Chicago Avenue - 3-bedroom, 3-full bath single family home with Amazing City Views - $2,350/month plus utilities. This home up on a hill was designed with functionality and views of the city in mind. Each level has a bedroom, a full separate bathroom, and views to the South that overlook Thom Field, Kaiser Pool, and the East Hill Neighborhood in the City of Wausau. The first floor has a great room with a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and tall windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and double glass doors that walk out onto the huge deck that overlooks the City. Down the hall from the kitchen is the main level bath with a jacuzzi tub and the main level bedroom which has a door that walks out onto a separate portion of the deck. The lower level is a walk-out partially finished basement with a rec room, bedroom, 2nd full bathroom, and mechanical/storage room with washer and dryer hook-ups (will supply a washer and dryer for an additional $50/month). Off of the rec room there is a door that walks out onto a patio and the backyard. There is a stone staircase that takes you from the backyard down to Chicago Avenue as well. The second floor has an office area that overlooks the great room, the 3rd full bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom. The 2-car detached garage is off of the back alley. This home has central air and is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance (1.3 miles) of downtown Wausau. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Available immediately.
