PRIVATE BASEMENT W/ PRIVATE BATHROOM, LIVING SPACE, + BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN JULY! I am a 27 year old woman looking to rent my private basement to another single, working professional female somewhat close to my age. I am currently looking to either do a 6 month lease which may potentially be extended after the first initial 6 months. I am the owner of the home and live here by myself with my cat, Oliver. I run my own photography business so I partially work from home for the editing portion, but I am out and about for sessions and weddings all throughout the week. Usually gone most weekends. I do not typically have people over, do not smoke, don't party, and am a pretty easy going, mellow person. The house is located close to both I-25 and I-76. In a very good location for commutes to Denver or surrounding areas. The private basement is 960 sq ft, remodeled with laminate flooring and a nice bathroom space. Your space would include a private bedroom, private living room space, and private bathroom. Laundry room (with new washer and dryer) is shared in the basement which would be the only time I would need to access any part of your space. The kitchen is shared in the upstairs space. Basement living space is extremely spacious for you to be able to furnish however you'd like. The private bathroom includes a shower and double vanity. I have temporarily been storing a few items in the corner down there (as pictured), but you can either use the entertainment center or we can get it moved out of there for your own items. The bed pictured in the room will also be moved out for you to use your own furniture. Some amenities of the property include: a yard, a tankless hot water tank (unlimited hot water), wifi + utilities included, a brand new AC, a security system in place for the outside perimeters, and lots of parking available (potentially even the ability to share the garage with me- it is a tight space so we may need to look into that option depending on your vehicle). Security deposit of $1700 for move in.
