Early check-in or late check-out is available for $30 each, subject to availability. A $500 fine will be applied for bringing pets into the apartment. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Excessive cleaning will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Please do not visit the office for assistance; failing to follow this rule may result in a $50 fine. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $250 replacement fee will be charged for lost or damaged key fobs. Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Engaging in illegal activities on the premises will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents will be charged at replacement cost, plus a $300 damage fee. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Please do not turn off or adjust the Wi-Fi settings at any time without prior consent, as this is essential for maintaining the property’s functionality.
