This is a SHARED APARTMENT for 4 people, but we are renting the rooms individually. So the kitchen and bathroom and living room are shared. I hope that's OK, otherwise it's a $3400 apartment. Women-Only Apartment on 3rd floor of a large 3-decker in Dorchester, right near the Shawmut Red Line T-Station and Codman Square. Updated kitchen, Laundry and storage space downstairs. Pet Friendly. Newly painted and in good shape. There's a park @ 1 block away. It has a front and back porch, and 2 assigned parking spots. It's a nice quiet place to live with easy quick access to the city. Please contact me if you'd like to check it out. Good references required + $40 background-check. 1st, Last and Deposit, so it's about $2520 to movie in. Cosigners are OK. A quick six miles directly south of Downtown Boston lies the close-knit community of Saintt. Marks, tightly packed with multifamily, triple-decker houses for rent. Workers reach the center of the city in less than 30 minutes by driving up Interstate 93 or taking the MBTA red line from Shawmut station.
