Updated kitchen, Laundry and storage space downstairs. Pet Friendly. Newly painted and in good shape. There's a park @ 1 block away. It has nice front and back porches, and 2 assigned parking spots. Gas heat and electric and wifi are not included, water and sewer are included. The unit is pet-friendly, but we would have to meet the pet & be sure it's OK. It's a nice quiet place to live with easy quick access to the city. Please contact me if you'd like to check it out. Head a couple of blocks east to the parks along the Neponset River, including the dog-friendly Victory Road Park or to Tenean Beach, which offers a boardwalk, picnic areas, and a playground. During the summer and fall, head to the nearby Ashmont/Peabody Square Farmers Market to pick up some local New England produce.
