Extending north from the Navy Yard between Capitol Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, Capitol Riverfront is one of DC's fastest-growing neighborhoods. The popular Anacostia Riverwalk Trail begins in the neighborhood, near the intersection of 11th Street and M Street. Moving in has been an ok process. Our leasing agent has not been tremendously responsive. We signed our lease the morning we got the keys despite applying 2 months prior. We still don't have a garage clicker, mail keys, or an assigned parking spot. But the building and staff have been wonderful. I know we are going to love it here once everything gets settled.
I love living here! This is the best apartment I’ve lived in - clean, responsive to concerns, excellent amenities, and safe. I highly recommend it.

Easy move in. Clean apartment. Friendly staff. Parking garage is very convenient. Gym is large with a ton of equipment. Elevators are always fixed in a timely manner. I definitely am enjoying my first month.

It has been a great several months. No pests and front desk people are great. Amenities are very good as well - pool chairs are limited and I wish pool was on the roof but still quite nice.

Absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and newly renovated with lots of closet space. The amenities are great and well maintained. The staff is amazing and is very professional yet friendly (especially Tish and Brittany at the front desk). Will be sad moving out of the building when that time eventually comes.

The building is older, but a good value for the price. The staff is really great and the residents don't cause any problems. The building feels safe overall and is much better than some of the other buildings in the area. Super pet friendly!

I’m going on year three and living in 909 has been a very pleasant experience. With the crime rate rising in The District of Columbia I do wish that Bozzuto would consider some type of security like the other buildings in the neighborhood to KEEP THEIR RESIDENTS SAFE.

The building has been really great for the time I've been here for. It has the largest floor plan space than the rest of the other available apartments in the neighborhood at competitive price. The only issue I've had were clogged drains and the laundry machine. Maintenance in this build is really quick to address these issues within a day after submitting a request. Overall, it's been a great experience for me so far.

My experience here has been great so far. The staff is super friendly and they have a 24hr concierge desk. Occasionally they do fun little events here, such as Resident Appreciation Day and allowing a plant shop to vendor inside. It's only a two minute at most walk from Whole foods. The metro is close as well. They do have underground parking...but it costs $200/month. That may be pricey for some people. I can't think of much cons for the place. The location is good and the people are nice. I plan to live here a couple years if all continues to go well

Large apartment, great sound proofing. Some floor plans inefficiently use space. Maintenance team sometimes takes the easy way out rather than fixing the underlying problem.

The building has been great for all 6 years I’ve lived here. The staff is hands down the best, from the concierge to maintenance to leasing office.

The apartment building is quite nice. You get by far the largest apartments for the price in Navy yard. The front desk people are always so nice and they learn your name and always greet you. The building has a gym, movie theater, business center, conference room, and pool which is great. The facilities are always very clean. There are guest parking spots you can reserve (paid after the first 24 hours) and even a guest suite in the building you can reserve (paid). My only complaint is the payment portal is confusing and the first few months you have to double check the amounts so as to not overpay (I was double charged fees) however the leasing office is quick to fix the errors.

I moved in two years ago and the experience was amazing! Ms. Joni the head concierge made my transition smooth! Mike and Malik ((Maintenance)) are also both amazing and on point. The experience at 909 is still just as amazing today as it was when I first moved in.

Staff is awesome, good location, very quiet never hear neighbors. Lots of dogs in the building and people are very friendly. Maintenance is very responsive.
