The easiest way to get around is by car, but you can also walk downtown in about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property; a violation will incur a $200 per day fee, and extra cleaning fees may be applied to remove odor and stains. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Parties are not permitted, and any group attempting to violate occupancy limits or quiet hours will be removed immediately, with extra cleaning charges for excessive messes or parties. If disruptions affect neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate immediately. Illegal drug use will result in immediate eviction. Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties. Checkout is at 10 AM; unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee. All late check-out requests must be submitted by 5 pm the day before departure and are subject to availability. Guests are responsible for returning all keys and parking credentials, with a $50 fine for each item not returned. An additional $75 cleaning fee may be charged if check-out instructions are not followed. For reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. Guests are responsible for any non-removable stains on laundry items and may be charged for cleaning or replacement. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs, or in the bedrooms. Evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines, including a $75 deep clean fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and should not cause excessive noise. Dogs must be house-trained, and waste must be disposed of properly; additional fines will apply for waste left inside the property. Pets must be treated for fleas within fourteen days of arrival, and vaccinations must be up-to-date. Cats, birds, rodents, and amphibians are not allowed. If your party receives a lease violation, you will receive a $500 penalty. Mail or packages are not allowed to be delivered to the property.
