Propane for the grills is usually provided by the guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
