Our 3 bed + den, 2 bath apartments were built in 2017 and we are pleased to offer these airy, bright, spacious homes to the student living marketplace. Less than a mile from campus and an easy walk from Fred Meyers on Lakeway, The Dex is privately owned by a small real estate company that takes pride in delivering great housing that is consistently well maintained. We screen carefully to ensure we have great tenants, and communicate rapidly when issues occur. These apartments feature: • Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms • Sleek, white Shaker-style cabinetry in kitchen & bathrooms • Stainless steel Whirlpool appliances • In-unit Whirlpool washer and dryer • Stylish brushed nickel faucets and door handles • Durable, elegant laminate plank flooring • Keyless entry with secure pinpad • Parking available at extra cost Most of our units are available for a September move-in but we have one available July 2023. In-person tours are held weekly on Wednesdays starting Feb 8. Message us for timing. Leases are 1 year in length from Sept 5 2023 through August 25 2024. Subleasing is permitted. These are 3 bedroom plus den units. Please note that the den is not a legal bedroom.
