About the space: An amazing river-facing, spacious & well lit unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom available in a 2 bed 2 bath luxury apartment building on the 3rd floor for $3000 + utilities are about $150 a month, for a June 1st move-in. The pictures above are of the common area and my room. Both the rooms are very well-sized when compared to the other apartments in Providence. Some Pictures are of a staged apartment. 12-month lease preferable. This is one of the biggest apartments in the entire building.
