Beach essentials are provided for easy trips to nearby shores. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. Situated on a corner lot in Phase 1 of Solara Resort, a gated community just moments from the resort clubhouse, this home is a short drive to Disney’s theme parks and close to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
