Parking is available for a fee of $20.00 per night, with only 1 parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy our seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is quiet and full of families, and it is close to Clarendon/Court House which has lots of restaurants. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time being 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation for accidental property damage. It doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft, or lost items. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
