It includes a washer and dryer, one bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a sofa bed with TV, and one bathroom. Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. When you want to unwind, curl up next to a cozy shared fireplace. Parking is available for just $20 per night and only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy the seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area, with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. It also has a thriving arts and cultural scene and several green spaces to enjoy. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and a party on property incurs a $300 fine.
