In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and the modern bathroom is stocked with starter supplies for your convenience. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's excellent amenities, including a seasonal pool, a fully equipped gym, a business center, and a shared fireplace lounge. On-site parking for one vehicle is available for a nightly fee of $20. Your apartment is in the heart of Ballston, a dynamic and highly walkable urban neighborhood in Arlington, perfect for both business and leisure. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Parking is only allowed in your designated space, and a permit must be displayed to avoid being towed. The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
