Condo Features The unit is set up for convenience and comfort: * Bedroom: Features a Sealy king-sized mattress on a platform bed with extra storage underneath. The large walk-in closet provides ample space for clothes (a small portion is locked for owner items). * In-Unit Laundry: A rare and convenient feature, a fully functional washer and dryer set is included. * Living Area: The living room is comfortable and combines dining and kitchen spaces. Furniture is practical and fits the space well. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for a guest. * Kitchen: A spacious and fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, induction stovetop, large oven, fridge/freezer, and all necessary pots, pans, plates, and utensils for cooking. Comfort & Utilities * Natural Light & Privacy: Large windows provide good natural light. The living room overlooks an interior courtyard with tropical trees, and the bedroom overlooks Euclid Ave, offering an open feel without immediate neighbors. Privacy screens and blackout curtains are installed for your comfort. * Air Conditioning: The AC unit works well when set to "Automatic" at 76 degrees, cooling the space efficiently and maintaining temperature. * Included Services: Fast-speed Wi-Fi, water, and garbage service are included in your lease. Electricity is included up to $70 per month; usage above this amount will be charged to the tenant. Keeping the AC at the recommended setting typically keeps the bill within this limit. Additional Details & Requirements * Front Door: A brand new, up-to-code security front door is being installed this week (mid-July 2025). * Parking: Street parking is available. You'll need to sign up for a City of Miami Beach tenant parking permit for your stay, which is done at their 17th Street office.
