The Southeast neighborhood of Lansing sits west of I-496 and east of South Waverly Road, split by I-96. This area of town consists mainly of commercial buildings and industrial parks that provide residents with ample employment opportunities. I have lived here about 12 years. Like 8-9 years ago the owners started making the place better and I am really happy here now. The workers are nice and my work orders get done fast. I like my neighbors and have no issues.
My family and I lived at 900 West before we moved to CA. We loved the community as well as the office staff and will really miss it! I would highly recommend this community to all. You can tell that they care about us and are not like the other apartments on the street. Maintenance is fast and my kids loved the people.

Lived here from 2011-2015 and had no issues. We purchased a house because we were expanding our family and needed more space. The staff was good. Maintenance was fast and we loved the location. The area can be a little noisy but the community itself is great!
I lived here during a work assignment for the hospital. I was really surprised at how nice the place is. Maintenance was friendly, I felt safe, and I really liked the townhome.
We lived here when it was first built and until around 2012. The management was amazing and you could see the changes being made back then. I drive by all the time and am amazed at how much better the complex looks. If we didn't buy a house I would move back!
I really like it here. I was in transition from selling my house to buying a new one and did a short term lease. I just extended because I can't find anything to buy and honestly everything gets fixed really fast.
I absolutely love it here. We have lived here for about 9 months and the maintenance staff is friendly and the best! There are 3 of them and they all live here. I think the manager lives here too because I see her on weekends. I have had no issues. My apartment is nice and my neighbors are the best. I was a little worried about the area since this part of Lansing has a bad name and I work long hours at GM but it has exceeded my expectations.
We have lived here 2 months and I absolutely hate it. There’s a serious drug problem and my apartment always stinks like the neighbors weed. Many complaints to the leasing office and I’m told to call the police. I truly wish I could get out of my lease here. It’s horrible.
Materials used for maintenance are cheap. Neighbors are loud and rude. Unattended kids everywhere and the downstairs stays cold while the upstairs is burning up. This place looks nice on the outside but horrible once you move. I would not recommend it.
Property is not maintained, especially the interiors. There have been some cosmetic updates, but the outdated central Hvac, heat systems struggle to maintain comfortable interior temps.. freeze on the lower floor, 2nd floor is a sauna. Evidence is reflected in BWL, $150 /month utility bills. Excessive noise coming from corporate rental "frat" townhomes. Garbage is littered throughout the complex. Minor children run the peppery with no supervision, and loud blaring music from vehicles anytime of the day or night. Nasty laundry room and on-site gym. And only one maint employee in site. Most local food delivery places will not deliver here. Management will not address, correct serious issues.
Great place to live! Office staff is always friendly and willing to help. Whenever you need something fixed maintenance is usually there within 24hours unless it's an emergency. The are very spacious with lots of closet space. They keep appliances updated. Close to SAM's Club and Target.
900 West townhouse is a great location. Nearby there are several shopping options including SAMs club, Target and meijer. The leasing consultants are very easy to work with and communicate effectively. The few maintenance requests I've submitted were handled in a timely fashion. The online site is very manageable and easy to pay rent and may requests.
I can't even begin to tell you the disappointment I have experienced living here. The carpets are not completely clean, there are holes in the wall that I could be blamed for. The upstairs bathroom under the sink has a huge dip in the flooring. The water heaters always have something wrong with them and leak which cause molding. Problem was shielded and not fixed. Counters are slanted. The cabinets are falling apart from the wood being too cheap and weak. The refrigerator stops working sometimes and ends up ruining some of our food. All I'm saying is, this place is not worth the money they ask for.
