The third-floor large bedroom has a king-size bed, and three other bedrooms have queen-size beds. Two queen airbeds are available in the living room closets. For entertainment, there is a PS3 with two controllers, a PS Move controller, and seven games. A 70" 4K HDTV with Android TV including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video is provided, as well as high-speed internet over Wi-Fi and a foosball table. Full kitchen appliances, an iron/ironing board, and a hair dryer are included. A water filter pitcher is provided, and guests are asked to filter all tap water used for drinking or cooking. Access to a fenced backyard is included. A wireless printing station and coin-operated laundry are available in the building hallway next door. Just a short walk from landmarks like the Albany Medical Center, Times Union Center, Empire State Plaza, and vibrant Lark Street, this townhouse offers easy access to I-787, I-90, and I-87. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are asked to be respectful of all other guests downstairs and surrounding neighbors. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises (no tobacco, marijuana, or incense). Smoking off the property is required, and a minimum $200 fine will be charged for noise violations and deep cleaning, and guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Absolutely no parties are allowed on or off the premises. Violation of maximum occupancy is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund and an additional $200 fine.
