Landscaping, pool service, water and internet are included in the monthly rent. Electric will be kept in the owner's name and billed to the tenant monthly. The home will be privately managed by the owner as "landlord." The owner prefers not pets. One small, mature (over 3 years old), housebroken dog under 30 lbs. may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $500.00. No cats, puppies, large/aggressive breed dogs unless required by law. No fish tanks are permitted.
