Nestled in a very peaceful family neighborhood, this home offers a serene escape with its stunning outdoor oasis, boasting a picturesque lake view, a private dock, and a bubbling hot tub to unwind in style. Embrace the tranquility of the surrounding greenery while lounging in the outdoor seating area, enveloped by the enchanting ambiance of the lush trees. The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which includes stocking it with fish; however, taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged. NO parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels and does not record audio for privacy reasons. The property provides a starter pack of essentials, including towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and hand soap.
