Be Aware

Complaints regarding leaks, electrical, machines not working go unanswered. You will end up paying out of your pocket to get them fixed. There are cracks in the walls. There are bats in the walls, verified by pest control. They get into the apartment via holes that have not been fixed no matter how many requests are made. Don't be fooled. This is a one bedroom. The north and south side unit set up are different. One has an eat in kitchen the other doesn't. That being said, the dining or living room can be used to sleep. There isn't enough closet space for a family with children. Important....If you are single, he will charge rent according to one bedroom rate. If you have children, that same unit will be charged a rent rate based on a two bedroom unit.

Falling apart

20 yrs of living here and nothing has changed in a good way. Bathroom ceiling still leaks after 5 months, windows are original. Kitchen has no cabinets for food excess. Cracks in walls we have painted ourselves, no compensation, rent is too high for this place.
