There are great schools within walking distance such as University High School and UC Irvine campus. There are plenty of activities to enjoy for everyone, such as hiking trails and jogging/biking trails along the river and marsh (bird & wildlife sanctuary) for nature enthusiasts and shopping malls such as South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island all within 4-5 miles drive. If you need to take flight out of town, John Wayne Airport is only 3.5 miles away! The unit has three balconies and from each balcony, it overlooks the community pool and it is surrounded by trees. Inside the unit, it has 12 foot ceiling in the living room and master bedroom, each with large ceiling fan and hardwood flooring throughout.
