Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
