Unfurnished and located on 9 Foster Street, a quiet street behind the old YMCA and between Boughton and Wooster Streets, one block from Main Street in Danbury. A long outside staircase leads to a large grassy backyard for the apartment entrance. Parking is on-street. Caring property manager. Accepts Section 8. No smoking of any type allowed in building Walk to shops and restaurants. Services provided free: trash removal, water. To move-in: job references (if not Section 8), 1 month rent, 1.5 month security deposit (total=$2350) and sign a 1 year lease. If pet is accepted, add $150 to the security deposit.
