The apartment boasts a stocked kitchen with cooking essentials including a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, blender, and coffee/tea. It also features a compact in-unit washer/dryer for small loads, a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a queen-sized bed, a humidifier, a handheld steamer, a bedside wireless charging station, and a stocked bathroom with towels, toiletries, and paper products. Sustainable cleaning and personal care products are also provided. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 if approved. This does not apply to registered service animals. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition that it was in upon move-in. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies if the apartment is left in poor condition.
