Guests have free access to the resort's amenities, including a water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, and community pool. Free parking is available for up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee. Located within the Windsor at Westside resort community, this home offers convenient access to world-class attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, as well as ample shopping and dining options. The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and sides of the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure, or fines up to $300 may apply.
