Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and other famous Orlando attractions are just a short drive away. The property is a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three cars may park in the designated area. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300.
