This villa features an outdoor pool and hot tub, game and entertainment rooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island, a free washer and dryer, indoor dining areas, a coffee bar, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Nestled within Solara Resort, you’re just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, giving you effortless access to Orlando’s top attractions. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles), Universal Studios (21.7 miles), SeaWorld (16.5 miles), Falcon Fire Golf Course (11.7 miles), Disney Golf Course (13.7 miles), Premium Outlets (20.8 miles), and Orlando International Airport (27 miles). Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No third-party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
