Established in 2007, Paradise Palms is a gated resort-style community in Kissimmee, Florida, offering a variety of well-appointed amenities and spacious townhomes. The community is located near Florida’s prime hotspots such as Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, which are all within a 30-minute drive. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old. Basic supplies such as paper, trash bags, bathroom products, and condiments are not included. Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. Compliance with Code-Enforced Neighborhood Quiet Hours of 10 PM- 8AM is required. Guests must respect the neighbors by being considerately quiet. Guests must keep trash and recyclables separated by the designated as required by the individual resort, trash being securely bagged and disposed of in bins.
