The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for socializing. The living room features cozy seating and a large TV. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and a stove. This home offers 4 bedrooms with 6 beds, including accessible-height options, and 3 bathrooms with accessible-height toilets. A convenient dryer and iron are also provided. Downstairs, find a king bed, a detached bathroom, the dining room, kitchen, and pool area. Upstairs, there is a king master suite with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, a third bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, and a detached bathroom and laundry area. The private pool and spa are available for an additional cost of $45 per night with a 3-night minimum, billed separately. Pool heating can be requested after booking and will be activated 24 hours prior to arrival if prepaid. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, with weight restrictions applying. Nestled in the prestigious Champions Gate community, this neighborhood exudes a serene and secure ambiance. Easy access to major highways simplifies journeys to nearby theme parks and attractions. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately.
