The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample room for meal preparation, complemented by two indoor dining areas. The private outdoor oasis features a heated pool and hot tub, available year-round. The patio and outdoor furniture create a comfortable spot for conversation, and a BBQ grill provides an option for easy outdoor meals. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available. There is a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation; up to one car may park in the driveway, and two cars may park in the adjacent parking lot. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found in violation of any house rules. Essentials such as a dedicated workspace help support longer stays or multigenerational trips. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. After it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
