The garage has been converted into a game room; therefore, indoor parking is not available. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
