Street parking is allowed, but cars cannot park on the grass or block the sidewalk. Located in the Paradise Palms community, this townhome offers a prime location close to dining, shopping, and parks. It's just minutes away from Disney and 17 miles from Universal Studios. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors; be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
