Enjoy access to Windsor at Westside’s shared resort amenities, including a large resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a clubhouse with arcade games and a bar and lounge. Sports courts, picnic areas, and BBQ spaces round out the experience, all within walking distance of the home. Pool heat is available for $35 per day of stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 21. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
