Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community with first-class amenities. The home is just a couple of minutes' walk from the clubhouse. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 21. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3, and all trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure, or fines up to $300 may result. [SI]
