A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The private pool can be heated on request for $35 per day. A written notification a week prior to check-in is required to add this amenity. Situated in Kissimmee, the home places you just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. A variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment venues lie only a few miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
