At Pritchard Place Properties we take pride in all of our properties however, this was our company's first acquisition and the namesake property of our company! Another kitchen renovation by Adda Flooring/Huey Brown Kitchen and the house and it now has Quartzite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom with a granite sink, brand new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Interior design by Jill Carrere Designs with spacious rooms, bright and airy with large windows and 12' ceilings, original hardwood floors in living/dining area, nice yard with off street parking, corner location. Newly installed wood blinds. Stained glass windows in the front rooms. Shed in the back for storage. We own many properties in the neighborhood including the adjacent property. Just as we seek great tenants, we also want you to have a landlord who cares about their tenants and their properties. Pets welcome however, no Section 8.
