The house is located on 36th Ave off-Metzerott Road in College Park - a 10-15 mins walk to the heart of campus. It is a 4 mins walk to Courtyards Exp, Adelphi and Purple shuttle stop. The Courtyards shuttle runs every 15 minutes and the Purple runs till 4 AM in the morning. All three upstairs bedrooms have newly finished hardwood floors. The basement rooms have new carpets. All bedrooms have smoke alarms. The house conforms to the city code for rental properties. The house comes with a Washer/Dryer, Central A/C, and Gas Heating. The driveway can park 3-4 cars and more off-street. It also has a large yard maintained by the management. One month's security deposit is required at the time of lease signing.
