This apartment is suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Enjoy access to two resort-style pools, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, a hammock garden, and a barbecue area. Internet speed of 100mbps+ is provided. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay. Maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs. Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Centrally located in Lazo, this apartment is close to Downtown Chandler, major freeways like Loop 101 and Loop 202, and top technology employers. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, except for students and interns. Guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay and may be required to undergo a background check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. [SI]
