This listing is for two units that are close together, if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. A pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and breed restrictions. Ideally located close to different attractions, there are definitely a lot of options for getting around the area. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
