Feel at home in this brand new luxury 4-bedroom apartment meticulously designed for comfort and style. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, tranquil bedrooms with plush bedding, state-of-the-art amenities, huge windows offering spectacular views of the city, a washer and dryer, a flat screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, individually controlled heat and air, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bathrooms, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Complimentary starter items are provided to kickstart your stay, including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels, and seasonings. These items are starter supplies and will not be replenished during your stay. Parking for one vehicle is available for $69 per night and is subject to availability. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability. Package delivery availability may vary by building. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the apartment or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only. Unapproved pets are not permitted. If approved, any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted after checkout. Guests must vacate the apartment and return all issued keys or access devices by the agreed check-out time. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item. The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
