Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability. Parking isn’t provided, but you can easily reserve a nearby spot through SpotHero before arrival. Package delivery availability may vary by building. Multiple bus lines and the Red Line train are nearby for direct access downtown and to the Loop. Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea and Printer’s Row Coffee are within a short walk. Boka, Ada Street, and Armitage Alehouse are all within a short walk. Oz Park and the Lincoln Park Boardwalk are nearby for morning runs or weekend strolls. This area is easily connected to River North nightlife, the Magnificent Mile, and Lake Michigan’s scenic paths. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only. Unapproved pets are not permitted. If approved, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking. Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted after checkout. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item. The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, please be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur.
