About This Property

Our newly remodeled separate guest house shares our main house's vibe of nature, light, art and good people. We are a pretty chill family of 4 with 3 friendly dogs, so it helps if you are pet friendly. Formerly a 2-car garage, the guest house is separate from the main house with a patio area in the front and another more private patio in the back and access to our large backyard. We're working on the gardens everywhere, but over time this back patio area will only get better. You'll get a feel for the place when you walk through the gate next to the house and make your way down the walkway to the vintage front door. The space features a full custom kitchen, bath and shower, a back patio for you smokers, and views of the garden and yard. 5 minutes to the beach, very near freeway access, and 5 minutes from LAX.
