It is one (1) townhome of three (3) townhomes on property. This property is located to the very right of the other townhomes. The host lives two doors (townhomes) down if needed. The property is a three-story townhome (sleeps 6) with a private driveway directly in front of property (two car spaces only). No public parking on street due to proximity to city buildings. If more than two cars are present, additional free public parking is available on public side street/s. HOME ACCESS: Self-access is made easy at the front-door through a private-access pin-code provided to guest prior to set arrival time. VIDEO MONITORING:Video cameras are located on outside front of property and are visible to guests, which are used for guest safety purposes and criminal deterrence. LIVING AREA: The first flight of stairs takes you to the 2nd story which is an open, colorful kitchen, dining, and living room area. The full-bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser. The second set of stairs takes guests to two (2) bedrooms on the third (3rd) floor: Bedroom 2 (two guests): Full bed, closet with premium shirt/pant hangers, private bathroom with tub and shower, with soap/shampoo dispenser and other amenities. The full bed has a comfortable mattress and plush linens, giving you the comfort of a great night's sleep after exploring our beautiful city. KING SUITE Bedroom 3 (two guests): King bed, TV with remote (With access to your favorite apps such as Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, Max, Showtime, etc.), private balcony access, LED vanity, closet with premium shirt/pants hangers and laptop safe, private bathroom with large walk-in shower, soap, shampoo, conditioner and other amenities. The King bed has a comfortable mattress and plush linens, giving you the comfort of a great night's sleep after exploring our beautiful city. RESTRICTED ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire home, EXCEPT for the following restrictions: 1.) NO GARAGE ACCESS, unless 12+ month lease signed 2.) NO ATTIC SPACE ACCESS, and/or marked restricted areas 3.) NO FIRE ROOM ACCESS, and/or marked restricted areas 4.) THIS HOME HAS NO YARD OR SIDE/BACK OF HOME ACCESS, as they are marked as RESTRICTED AREAS RULES & RESTRICTIONS (not all inclusive): - 100% government ID required by renters, follow lease guidelines to ensure proper procedures are followed. - No smoking, vaping, illegal substances on premises. - No Late Move-out dates, unless authorized prior to move-out is communicated in writing - follow specific instructions in lease. Any guest that stays past their date/time (end of lease) as agreed upon by both parties is considered to be trespassing and can be legally removed from the property to the fullest extent of the law within the jurisdiction of Bexar County, State of Texas. - NO Parties or Commercial Events. - ONLY guests on lease are allowed to stay overnight (with exception), see lease restrictions and allowances. - Homeowners live nearby and will be able to monitor lease restrictions, parking activity, and other restrictions such as pets or parties, etc. PET INFORMATION: Only up to two (2) small dogs are allowed on premises. Furthermore, low-shedding and hypoallergenic dogs are allowed only. The limit of 2 dogs, 15 lbs each. Must sign a Dog Agreement, which provides (not all inclusive): 1.) Proof of rabies vaccinations, 2.) Photo of dog for safety, and 3.) Dog Agreement Profile Sheet.
