About This Property
Location, Location, Location! This studio is an easy walk to MUNI (2 blocks), BART (4 blocks), The Castro, Hayes Valley, Mission, and Downtown. Its a quick few blocks to the freeway, and includes enclosed garage parking* (not open to the public). This place is very close to numerous famous restaurants and bars. Gas stove, on-demand hot water heater, dishwasher, garbage disposal, modern stainless steel appliances, a full bathroom with tub, easy access to the patio** (essentially doubles the living space) for get-togethers, and your own parking spot. I do allow small or medium sized dogs, if they are trained. Please do not let them pee or poop on the patio. It's a quick walk to the local dog run, and a few minutes more to Duboce Triangle (a larger dog park). *parking is a stacking unit and will fit up to most crossovers. A larger SUV will not fit. ** Patio is shared with the other 5 owners/tenants, but is very rarely used. You pretty much have it to yourself. We do maintain quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

Lively, upbeat and casual, Mission Dolores captures the spirit of diversity that represents the heart of San Francisco culture. Located in the north central portion of San Francisco at the crossroads of Noe Valley, the Castro District, and Haight-Ashbury, Mission Dolores streets buzz with activity all day and well into the night. Mission Dolores is wedged between Dolores Heights and the Mission District. The neighborhood wraps around and is named for the Mision San Francisco de Asis. or Mission Dolores. This historic mission was founded in 1776. The current mission building replaced the earlier log building and was built in 1791, making it the oldest building in San Francisco.
Mission Dolores has become one of San Francisco's hippest neighborhoods in a city known for its unique, trendy communities. Here, old Victorians with tiny, well-tended yards dot steep, tree-lined streets, and small wine and tapas bars dot the landscape.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
