The Edgewood neighborhood lies about three miles southwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale, just north of I-595 and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Look for condos and houses for rent in the residential western portion of the neighborhood, and warehouses of all sizes and types for business endeavors on the east and south sides. Edgewood surrounds Snyder Park on three sides. This popular park contains the “Bark Park” dog park and a butterfly garden as well as a disc golf course, horseshoe pits, and a lake for fishing.
