About This Property

This ranch townhouse has no units above or below. The front door is all by itself too. This is an end unit. Plenty of windows doors and vaulted ceilings for a light and airy feel to it. This is well kept with newer carpet and paint. Ceiling fans and Central AC. This place is clean and ready for move in Well designed layout with a large living-dining area vaulted ceilings wood fireplace patio area. There is a small patio off the living room. The kitchen is steps away from the garage and laundry closet. The jack and jill bathroom opens to both the master bedroom and the hallway. The master bedroom is very large didnt all fit in the picture with a walk in closet and two windows. The 2nd bedroom is smaller but still good sized. All windows are covered with duette blinds and drapes. The 1 car garage includes a storage room and a large shelf. Comes with all appliances including washer and dryer. Pets considered on a case by case basis. Must be adult fixed and friendly. Additional rent and deposit apply. Sorry no future pets. The Timbercove community is close to Wadsworth Blvd a short drive to the 92nd Ave Park and Ride highway 36 and Sheridan Blvd. There is a non-refundable application fee of 40 per adult.
