Property Ratings at 841-845 18th Ave
The management here is excellent. The landlord is very respectful and kind as well as maintenance! Any issues will be addressed promptly. The units are well kept and are spacious! My studio has tall ceilings and plenty of room. The neighborhood is nice as well. Very low to no riff raff and is close to an outdoor venues that provide drinks and food. I love it!
I have been a resident in these apartments for nearly 5 months now, and I have had such a good experience living here! I love my high ceilings, the included appliances (especially the dishwasher!), the new hardwood floors, and the freshly painted walls and trim. My studio apartment is the perfect size for one person and it feels larger than it actually is because of the high ceilings. The windows are all new and offer lots of natural light, which I love. The only change I would make is having a bit more closet space, but I have made do with what is available (and closet space varies from unit to unit). The location is PERFECT; being in Olde Towne Moline is so convenient. I am less than 5 minutes away from the 74 bridge and roughly 10 minutes to Centennial in Rock Island. My landlord and his staff have been great. They are easy to contact and they always respond in a timely manner. Although the property doesn't look like much from the outside, every friend that has seen my place is pleasantly surprised by the interior. These apartments are definitely worth checking out. Affordable, unique, and a prime location!
