The building offers the following amenities: 1. 24-hour concierge; 2. Security key access to secured building; 3. Parking garage located on first four (4) floors of the building. Parking fee is $225 per vehicle per month for self parking, $250 per vehicle per month for valet parking, or $275 per vehicle per month for reserved space parking; 4. Fitness center; 5.
