Unit: Awesome one-bedroom, one-bath condo in a new building with hardwood floors, an open floor plan, and a ton of light. 10-foot ceilings. It's on the second floor and there is a balcony that faces the courtyard away from the street, so it's very quiet. Central air and heating. The bedroom is separated with a really cool Japanese-style shoji sliding door. Built-in desk and shelves. Custom storage shelving in the bedroom closets. Granite counter kitchen island with pendant lights. Built-in microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the hallway closet. Neighborhood: The building is on 17th Avenue. If you know Denver, it's on Restaurant Row, in the same building as WaterCourse, right by Beast+Bottle, Ace, Steuben's, Park & Co, Williams Tavern, etc. As far as grocery stores, Marczyk is literally across the street, and if that's too fancy, Safeway is two blocks away. A couple of gyms too. If you don't know Denver, it's a really safe neighborhood full of 20s-30s professionals, without the craziness of LoDo. Easy walk to work downtown. City Park is close by for running and kickball. Building: Mostly 20s-30s singles and couples. Nice courtyard but no crazy parties. The unit comes with a parking space in the basement garage and a storage locker. There is a small gym. Keyless fob entry to the building. UPS/FedEx drops packages in the lobby so they're safe. Management company is good and stays on top of everything. Snow is always shoveled before dawn, repairs are made quickly, the whole place is cleaned/vacuumed all the time. Us: My fiance and I have been in this area for a few years and love this place and this neighborhood, but had to move for work. We re very responsive and have maintenance staff on stand-by (but don't anticipate anything going wrong). First month's rent and security deposit of $1500, and an application fee of $35 to run a credit check.
