Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested and prosecuted. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and amplified music is forbidden at all hours without consent.
