This building is located on a quiet residential street in the West End/Outskirts of Over-The-Rhine. Many people know our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, as Cincinnati's downtown, food, and nightlife destination because of the extensive national media that it has received. This is a mixed-income, urban neighborhood. $800,000 condos exist side-by-side with low-income housing. One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just a few blocks southwest you'll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio's longest-running farmers market. Be prepared to see and experience people of all walks of life -- from homeless panhandlers to well-paid lawyers and architects. Getting around is a breeze, you are just a 3-5 minute drive from the closest Streetcar stop, where you can hop on and go just about anywhere in the city. Walk to TQL Stadium which is 0.7 miles away, or grab a quick Uber or Lyft to anywhere in the downtown area. This unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up. Street parking in front of the space is free, there is no designated parking with the unit. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. West End is a historic neighborhood about 1.5 miles northwest of Downtown Cincinnati.
